Did this project kick anybody elses @$$ (those who aren't "REAL" mechanics)? I'm handy enough to install my own pipes and Stage 1 AC, but this project had me on my back almost the whole time!

Sorry to bring up an old thread, but thought it would be better to post here than start a new one.
Is there any option for mounting the front turn signals to the forks without using clamps on a Fat Bob? I've searched high and low and can't find anything. Looks like from all the pics I've seen people are using clamps because of the angle on the tree bolts. If that's the case, what clamps work best for keeping the signals tight to the fork (the Harley kit sticks out pretty far IMHO).
