Anyone got an instruction sheet for converting a 2011 Fat Bob from stock forward controls to mids?

I did mine using dealer take off parts from a Street Bob. You need all the foot controls and also the inner and outer primaries.
I also changed over to a Street Bob exhaust system as the heat shield on the FatBob one fouls the brake pedal.
Once I had the part assembled it took me a couple of hours and I don't have a workshop, it was in the corner of a communal garage in our apartment block.
