I know this is an old thread, but in case nobody's noticed the old links to the pdf isheets have stopped working (all you get is File not found."), and if the part isn't listed on the Harley parts website it's very difficult to find the isheet at this point. Here's the solution:
Look for the "-Jxxxxx" part of the old broken link, the "-J04568" in the following broken link, for example:
http://www.harley-davidson.com/en_US...ts/-J04568.pdf
and paste that in this new link:
serviceinfo.harley-davidson.com/sip/service/document/index?sourceId=-J04568&fullscreen=true&locale=en_US&interactive=fa lse&.pdf
then paste that new link in the browser address bar.

First of all thanks for the heads-up. I wasn't aware of the fact the links didn't work anymore.
The methode you provided in your post doesn't work for me.
I did some searching and found out MoCo has opened a SERVICE INFORMATION PORTAL (click link to access the portal)
Once you have opened the Service Portal clik the "Search" button (r/h top corner).
Now the GLOBAL SEARCH page opens.
Follow the instructions showed and enter either the p/n without the suffix letter or the Instruction Sheet's Jcode without the prefix dash into the query box.
Confirm the search query and a new screen with relevant info opens.
Please let me know if this works for you so I can edit this info into the p/n overview pages!!

MoCo recently launched a Service Information Platform
Click "Search" in the right hand top corner of the screen and a search box comes up:
Now enter the p/n or J# , activate the search engine and a results list comes up
Now left click INSTRUCTION SHEETS (1) ...
...and the IS comes up...
