Wasn't sure where to post this, but since all my homies are in here, I'm posting it here!
Just wanted to share with you guys, that my fiance' and I have finally bought our first home!
We closed Friday.. I've been super busy with all this house stuff. But its done! The house needs some work, but it was well worth it. We paid less for this house then what some of the Indian motorcycles cost.
I know I know.. this thread is worthless without pics.. so here you go!
And to make it Dyna related.. here's a picture of my baby and the other lady where they rest at night.
Congratulations and all the best! A great move buying now. And now the fun begins - Spending your Saturdays at Home Depot instead of browsing the JP Cycle catalog. lol - George
Congratulations Adrianvall! Owning a home is work and stability at the same time.
Don't know why you haven't ridden with the Florida Crew. A riding friend of mine is in Palm Beach Gardens.
I'm not sure either.. I don't ride with to many people for whatever reason. I just ride with a couple buddies of mine and my dad. I'm not to crazy about riding with people I don't know, although I've done it on many occasions.
And this house was a GREAT deal. I will definitely double my money easily if I decide to sell it within the next couple/few years.
Congrats! Buying your first house is a milestone event. Enjoy it.
I remember when I got my first home I had to sell my bike for down payment cash. Good for you to be able to keep your rides.
Nice to see it came with a carport AND a bikeport.
Congrats on your new humble abode.
Now its time to get out the tape measure, start digging the footings, and call the cement company to come pour the foundation for the even netter humble abode for your bike. Otherwise, you need a garage before the cold hits. Harleys dont like being left out at night, all alone, abandoned, in the cold.
Would you do that to the future Mrs AdrianVall?
(You can wait a year or so to answer that)
