Having to leave the bikes out side sucks, the garage at my place is quickly filling up with more bikes... (roommate just bought a vtx1800c as a second bike) I might have to get one of these for additional storage.

That looks like a damn good idea. I might have to look into that. I've seen several sheds on craigslist as well already. Just gotta pick one up. But for now, the bikes are are perfect where they are at. They are covered up good, so no rain gets to them, well the Harley at least.. the yamaha gets a little wet depending on how nasty the storm is. But I really like that green house idea. Thanks for the heads up.
Your grass. I would suggest looking into doing something with flowers, native plants and letting them go wild in certain areas (e.g. near the road)...less grass to cut.
