Your grass. I would suggest looking into doing something with flowers, native plants and letting them go wild in certain areas (e.g. near the road)...less grass to cut.
What about adding on/finishing off your carport into a garage? 2-car?

That idea with the plants sounds good.. I really hate doing yard work, so less grass is always nice!
