i think these are the pipes i would like to put on if they were to make the for the 06 dyna line. chrome pipes and a black tip would look pretty sweet. probaby pretty loud too! any one see ar hear them yet. hooker makes them

hooker make a set of pipes called fourbidden. the split the head pipe into two pipes for each cylinder and the four total pipes go into one single pipe. you can get the end tip in black,chrome or silver

Don't think the Hookers have O2 sensor connections on any of their pipes yet, so you would need to get the sensor eliminator to make it work properly.

According to what I can find out, pipes for an '05 Dyna will bolt on to an '06 Dyna. The only differance is the O2 sensors. Sensor bungs can be welded in to any exhaust pipe

I've wondered before if pipes that wrap around your cylinders, almost hugging them like these do, will cause higher engine temps due to concentrating the heat around the cooling fins of the motor. They do look cool though.

I was thinking the same thing with regard to the heat issue. Also, wouldn't the radiant heat increase the intake air temp? I like the look, but I'd be more concerned with the effects on the motor.
