I have the mid controls with highway pegs. This combo gives different riding positions, mids for twisties and highway pegs for...., well highways.

Default Thanks!!!

Thanks for the kind words!!! I'm going to keep the mids and get a good set of Kuryakin pegs.
I would like to get a 200 tire kit for the back end. And then do some engine work (95")

How do you know he got a deal? He didn't say what he paid.

The difference in handling and comfort is unbeleivable, it's a new bike.

Forward controls do not change the center of gravity on a motorcycle nor do they limit handling/turning ability of the motorcycle. Inability to shaky handling at speed and around turns with forward controls is a rider competency issue. I'd suggest you take the MSF course.

Nice lookin bike but the color combo doesn't really float my boat.

Late model Dyna forwards are difficult to find. Most of the catalogs only deal with softails or sportsters. I do seem to remember a company on ebay had a nice setup for Dynas for sale. I believe RSA05FXDWGI bought them and installed on his 05 WG.

One thing I don't like about our fwd setup is the rear master cylinder gets installed/hidden behind exhaust, at the swingarm. I like the aftermarket fwds that have the master cylinder on the controls for maintenance.

Looks good! I'm partial to that color combo myself.

You can find the HD forwards (I like black) on ebay a bit cheaper than MSRP. I like the mids, but it's a bit cramped on longer rides so I'll probably switch eventually just to see how the forwards feel.

I just put on the Mustang Tripper +rear...much improved over stock IMHO.

Enjoy!

Keep in mind that on 2006+ DYNA's installing forwards is an involved process (at least so I heard ).

Forward pegs is a simple bolt on.

Sorry to hear you hade to let the bagger go, hopefully this will work for ya. The windscreen and forwards will allow you to ride all day long in comfort.
