When I replaced my A/C, I didn't really like the 'hanging' breather filters on some of the other setups; I found a Sifton internal breather system for $99.87 plus shipping that looks kind of similar, but there's a passageway that vents to the throttle body ....
Not a very good photo, but you can get the idea (it is V-Twin Mfg part no 34-0705 bought through discountcycleparts.com)

Question for you, when you get on the throttle, are you able to hear any induction with the new setup?

He's got mids, but we got him some forwards for a winter project.
