Default Progressive suspension installed!

I installed the Progressive 11" 412 shocks and drop in fork springs on my 09 Street Bob today. The install took about an hour an a half and was very easy. The bike has a much stiffer ride but handles and brakes much better in my opinion. I am 6'1" and 200LBS. and did not experience any bottoming out. I rode on some pretty rough roads and the bike was fine. I did; however, slow down more than I did with the stock suspension.

Overall, I am very happy with the suspension set up and I would recomend it to anyone looking for better handling and performance.

Good for you,I won't get to feel my 11.5" 440's till the spring ,but handling is what I'm after. I'm tired of feeling like someone just slapped me on the shoulder every time i hit a bump while taking a curve .

I forgot to note that my shocks are the HD spring rate. I am still playing around with the preload settings to figure out which one feels right.
