I went with an aftermarket shorter kickstand... I found it in the Motorcycle Storehouse (link)

had to buy a roadglide so i could cut my struts off this winter. cost me 15 grand. thats $7500 a strut!!!! lol.

I just got what they call a "Chrome 1" Under Jiffy Stand" for my 2007 Low Rider which I had lowered almost 2". The stand is 1" shorter than stock. Cost $43.99 plus shipping. Was sent via UPS with no problems.
