Just a heads up for my Dyna buds. Some of us are having our annual Indian Summer. With the warmer weather we are seeing more of those Japanese Beetles. Not the famous Lady Bug. The bugs after they splat their bug guts if left on any surface will stain that surface. So when you get home after a ride check for those bugs guts and clean them off ASAP.

 

We're having a unusually stretch of warm weather the last 2 weeks here in Michigan. Unfortunately it's bringing out larger items day and night.......DEER. In my small rural town, 1 fellow was killed 2 weeks ago and a few days ago, a gal riding her Harley to work ( a Pharmacist in our local drug store) lost control trying to avoid one and "collided with the pavement" as the local paper reported. She had to be air lifed from our local hospital to a major Trauma center. She's in critical condition.
Last night, driving 4 miles to our favorite diner, we counted no less that 7 deer crossing the road. Opening day of Deer season is tomorrow!!!
