Sometimes it's like beating a dead horse to death, I'm going with the rivco mirrors. I like the wrap around signals, but with detachable windshield I don't see those working.

You can order them as factory replacements for the V-Rod. They retail for about $160 each. The only problem is they are a satin/brushed aluminum look, like the finish on the Fat Boy Lo. They would not look good on my bike.

I don't know if you are willing to swap out your bars or even like drag style bars but this is always an option. I just installed their 4.5 inch rise drag bars on my bike and love the bars themselves. Due to stupid CA law I was told by a local law enforcement officer that the turn signals wouldn't fly around here so I didn't get the integrated lights. Just thought I would throw out this option though.
