awesome thread.... looks like you posted a few of my favorites...including the bike that started this post.
One of my favorite dyna's ever from Japan, not exactly cafe though:
Love his front fender. Makes me want to get it and reinstall my narrow front. Then, of course, reinstall my stock rims after getting powdercoated black.
Great thread Derv (a Floyd fan as well ).
Special Ed, thanks for the link. I love cafe racers and those sure whet the appetite.
Kernow, my favourite county. Spent lots of time there as a kid down on the Lizard in a little fishing village called Coverack - you'll know it I'm sure? Missus Derv and me honeymooned in St Ives in 1974 and we took the kids down to Cornwall many times - my daughter and me have mountain biked on Dartmoor on a couple of occassions (I live up in Lancashire between Liverpool and Manchester). You're a very lucky person living in such a beautiful place.
Yes - forgot to add, great link Special Ed. For the benefit of the guys on my UK forum does anyone know anything about the Deus Special? A few details of who built / owned it and a few sepcs would be nice to pass on.
Rounder - thats a really nice Dyna in the pic you posted.
I had to dig around a bit but here's a link to an article about that Dues special http://www.bikerzbay.com/index.php/n...afe-racer.html
I think it's a nice bike but I think it could be better with a more traditional cafe style seat and tail section.
