Yeah rounder you probably saw the 00gas in the Under 50.
I doodadded one as an AC cover bolt a couple years back.
The Ricors are certainly a success as far as I am concerned.
Comparing to the Ohlins with four point adjust ability,
now that I have been able to ride a bit more -
The Os did nothing for *me* that the Rs don't do (at half the cost).
Actually, I do prefer the Rs over the Os because
these are reading the input from the road conditions constantly
and initiating the appropriate response internally.
Whereas, the Os are adjusted while on the kickstand,
and that is what it's gonna be,
regardless of any differing situation.
So far, I'm real happy and glued to the road.

Spent the day at RICOR's shop (Las vegas area). They were testing some shocks and Intiminators for my buddy's Road Glide.
Pretty impressive technology. Brian and Don, and the rest of the crew are great.
I had had some issues with the front forks/Intiminator on my Dyna, I think because of the non stock springs in front, and Ohlins in the rear. However, after talking with Bryan I am convinved we can make them work great.
Can't wait to try their shocks and compare them to the Ohlins.
Mud....what length do you have?

Greg, I'm using the 13" length, and, as I've said, they do perform.
I'd like to make a trip through that facility myownself.
So it sounds like they are working up a shock for the Touring machines.
Rumor has it they are also developing an Inertia Active rear suspension for the Softtails.

. . Thanks for the heads up on that other thread Greg. Well stated and well worth the read.
I would like to see the facilities at Ricor on of these days. May be possible at some time. . . .
Ok Mud.. gotta ask.. (not for a direct comparison between your other shock, don't want to start a shocking war here as your other shock is a very good product also) How is your ride experience going with the Ricor rear shocks installed after some more time with it?

I couldn't be any more pleased Hal.
I've always pushed these machines as hard as the law allows, and then some.
These Ricors instill a great deal of confidence.
Weather has been ugly this year,
But I did get out for a 200 mile ride in the Hills last weekend.
Straight line or around the bends. Very comfortable and stuck to the road.

Hal
Hal, any idea how long you're going to run the promotional price on these?
Hey Guys! If you decide to take a little visit over to Ricor's - count me in. I'm only about 150 miles away and would like to see the operation anyway.
Truth is I'm gonna do it soon regardless but it would be more interesting to do it with you folks.
