I've been looking all over, but I'm not finding any options to change out a Fat Bob console. At this point it looks like you can powdercoat it, but that's about it.
Has anyone found an aluminum console option for the Fat Bob? I love to be able to find one with a satin finish.

Change it out for what kind of an option?
An aluminum option?
What kind of option is that?
You can keep looking, but you'll never find a better looking console than the Fat Bob console.
You could probably get the stock console powder coated in a satin aluminum finish.
Not too many options, I have been trying to find something different for my WG, it's the only chrome that bugs me on the bike, practically blinds me at certain times. Been trying to find a used one to experiment with using a wire brush, or powdercoat.

I've seen pics of the CVO Fat Bob (09 and 10) that has an extension console peice. But can't tell if its plastic like the normal HD offering.
Also, I think Milwaulkee Twins offer a comprehsive line of unfinished consoles but last time i checked nothing for fat bob--but im guessing they should at some point offer one.
I too am not a fan of the leather extension or the plastic fake metal one...Anyone come up with any other ideas lately? Cheers.
I didn't like the leather extension either so I put on the leather tank panel with tear drop pouch and it looks a lot better to me. It has some usefulness too. I used to carry my garage door opener in it until I got the flash 2 pass
The CVO dash isn't an extension but rather a 2 piece full length dash.........looking to see if it will fit on my FXDC and if so how much it will cost. Bought a CVO parts book the other day and the two major parts are around $350, probably still do it though if it will work. Anyone got any good photos of the CVO dash? I cant find any from above.
