Post Im upgrading to 103

Need help choosing parts for my 07 Street Bob 103 upgrade, I live in Dubai & have no access to any HD Tuners or parts. I'll order my parts from the U.S & probably send my engine to Big Boyz to work on it.

I need ideas & recommendations, reliability is very important coz I cant afford sending the engine to the states again if something goes wrong.

Im 215 lbs & I ride solo most of the time, we get 98 octane fuel here (equals 94 in the U.S) so i think compression ratio up to 10.3:1 is fine.

I was thinking of the following parts:

Pistons:
-Wiseco
-CP
-Cycle Rama

Cam:
-Andrews 54
-Andrews 55
-Cycle Rama 575

SE 103 Cylinders

Porting & tuning by Big Boyz.

Thanx in advance for the help guys

Great Reply Lama, I will say that I am very pleased with my basic 103 stage 1 build.
Looks like Lama has a winning combination.

Given the distance thing, I'd say the single most important part of the above recommendations is the TTS Mastertune. That will give you the greatest ability/flexibility in the tuning end of things without a dyno or a full service shop.
