Default crankcase breather question on a 92 dyna

Okay, I quit doing research, i am exhausted, and my harley shop is kinda worthless. I am installing a forcewinder intake on my bike, its a 92 dyna lowrider with 1340. Everyplace I look is different. Some places say it was the year they started the crankcase breather system, some say it didn't start till 93. One fact is that mine does not have it, two bolts holding the stock air cleaner on, not banjo bolts. So my questions are pretty easy. Why did they change the system in 92/93? should I install a breather kit while I have everything ripped apart, or do I just slap the carb bracket on and put the original bolts back in. Nobody can seem to answer these questions, quite possibly I am surrounded by fools, or quite possibly I am the fool. Either way, hopefully someone can set me straight, thanks guys.

1993 is the first year that HD big twin evo breathed out the "top"
They were getting ready for it in 92, which is why the bolts holding the air cleaner are the same size as the 93, but no port into the head, and no hole in the bolt
So the carb bracket and bolts just go back
The 92 cases are different to the 93 cases, in the cam chest area
The 92 cases still have the separate breather area, that is sealed by the cam cover gasket
S and S make a non-driven breather to fit the bore where the stock breather goes(in the cam chest), and they claim it is far more efficient at separating the oil from the air
Some people just let the "bottom breather" hose exit under the bike, but if there is a tendency for a little oil to discharge, this can be a bit messy
You could put a small filter on the end
Or run it into a puke can
Or route it to the A/c as per stock
So many options, so much fun
