Default Memphisshade slim windshield

What do you guys think of this shield? If you have 1, do you like the 15 or 17"? I prefer to see over the shield and I am 5'10"....which height do you suggest

I just ordered a Del Rio. It is 15" above the headlight. I hope to pick it up today, put it on, and take a test ride. I'll let you know how it goes. I'm 5'10" also, and not a windshield person. I just got it for the superslab and cold weather. I really hope I don't hate it. Here's mine...

EDIT: I'll have to get back to you on this one - I forgot, there's no deliveries today.......

I have the del rio and love it. It is enough protection so you don't feel like a parachute on the freeway and small enough that you can easily see over it. I use a 3/4 helmet with face shield on most trips and feel it is the perfect combination.

Looks great, no buffeting, sufficient protection. Best option out there IMO. Had the del rey and it was a bit too small.

Well, the boys at HDoG were wrong. They did have deliveries today, they were just about 2 hours late. I'm pretty happy with my 15" Del Rio. I prefer to look over it. I mounted it close to the headlight, had a little head buffetting, and raised it up about 2 inches over the light and it pretty much went away. Definitely easier on the chest. I use 3/4 helmut w/face shield too.
In answer to your ??, I don't think it really matters as you have some room on the forks to move it up and down. If mine were 17", it would still be at about the same height, just closer to the headlight.

Have the 15" slim on mine. If i had it to do over i would get the 17". I have the 15" slid all the way up and still see over windshield with no problems (i'm 5'10" also). The 17" would allow me to close the gap between the bottom of the shield and the headlight and still see over the shield.
