I received an e-mail back from Ultracool (info@ultracoolfl.com ) They said they are working on it and are in the final stages of fitment, and to try back in a couple of months. Might be worth the look, even though they are a bit on the spendy side.
My dads FXR is 20 years old this year with over 80k miles, original motor and still running strong. He lives in SoCal and has never needed one. Here's an article from Joe Minton from American Rider and he recommends the HD cooler. There is some other great info in the article also.

I looked at getting one of these for my Ultra. Never got an answer to the two emails I sent, and when I called got an answering machine. If that's how they treat you before they have your money, I'd hate to see what kind of response you get after the sale.
I just ordered the Jagg 10 row vertical mount for my Dyna. It's not listed for the
Dyna, but they said that all they need to do is swap the frame clamps and it works
fine so I decided to go for it. I ordered mine with thermostat in the adapter.
Not cheap but I plan a lot of riding in Southwestern deserts so.... <shrug>
has anybody with a dyna bought one of these oil coolers from warmer climate?
I have one I put on a month ago I cant tell any difference.
here in fla it gets pretty hot and humid, im guessing it does help at lights?
I have a jagg 10 row. Bike is noticeable quieter. Maybe the oil isn't thinning as much. I bought it because I went 106 and the engine runs pretty hot. I figured it's cheap insurance vs possible overheat.
