l canibalize some old car seat and shape the from, after l glue it on the pan, with a high speed small air-grinder with 24-36 grit paper
or you can use some neoprene, that's that material they make the sleeping mats that you can use under the sleeping bag (outdoors stores have them, you mighy wanna use a couple of layers)
