Anyone know of that aftermarket seal kit MidnitEvil mentioned? I don't care if it's Harley brand...aftermarket works just fine. If so I'll get the kit. If not, I'll order the fork seals only and if I run into problems I'll go down to the stealer and get only what needs fixin'...only have 2400 miles on the Bob, so they shouldn't be that bad. 2007 model so it's fairly new.
In case you don't already know, the Dyna fork springs have about 4 inches of preload on them. Be ready when you get down to the last couple of threads, because the fork cap wants to launch. If you do disassemble the forks, always replace the seals. Before you slip the new fork seal over the fork tube coat the inside of the seal with fork oil and take a piece of saran wrap and stretch it over the top of the fork tube, then carefully slip the seal over the saran wrap and down the tube. The saran wrap prevents the seal from getting nicked. For a seal driver try some 2"pvc. I slide the old seal between the new seal and the seal driver to prevent damage to the new seal. Stock HD fork oil is 10w, SE fork oil is 20w.

I don't know the brand of it, but I ordered it through Custom Chrome. I imagine J&P or anyone else like that would all carry the same thing or something similar.
