Default Forward controls!!!!
Has anyone installed outlaw forward controls before? I bought a set and just wanted to see if there was any tricks I need to know...

I have them. No tricks, pretty straight forward. You need to use your stock brake light switch, or replace it with a new one, Get some good braided stainless brake lines, one from the control to the switch, and one from the switch to the rear caliper.

OK!! Thanks i ordered the line that goes from the control to the stock switch but i will need to upgrade to steel braded from the switch back...

With the exception of the footpegs I am very happy with the controls. I swapped out the pegs.

Yeah!! they look pretty beefy... We'll see, they looked like the best value for billet controls.. I'll post a pic when im done. I'll be installing them in a week or two on my 08 street bob... Thanks for the input....

What kind of shift linkage are you using? The only ones I have been able to find in black are the diamond shift linkages...and they are sort of blah and boring...http://www.grharley.com/Harley_Dyna_...p/33917-09.htm

I bought my shift linkage from this guy on ebay, it was a custom length, don't remember off hand, but he made it to the length I needed, very good guy to deal with.
