Several times, while digging for stuff for my bike, I saw tail lights that go on the end of the swingarm. I've gone through all my bookmarks and looked through a number of catalogs online or analog... and I can't find them.
They are Mc'Kay's Cycle Creations swing arm marker lights. JP cycle part# is 701-421. These lights are sick. I want to get these for my scoot and use as my directionals, but would not be legal in my state. Hope this helps.
CRSOWA - the Alloy Art strut lights are cool. I don't know if they'd work on my bike because of the way I moved my tail lights. If they would, I'd probably add them, as I'm all about having as much light as possible on the back of the bike.
there are several companies making license plate brackets with led's in them... that could brighten up the rear a lot as well...
these guys make some extremely bright tail lights as well http://www.brightasslights.com/site/
Not cheap, but man are they bright! All my local dealers have a little display for them at their parts counter...unbelievable how bright they are. Press the little button to activate the brake light.... your seeing spots for 5 minutes afterwards...

Yeah... I've been considering a lighted plate frame. My favorite has red LED's across the top & bottom for running & brake lights and amber on the right & left for turn signals. Not cheap. Over $300 if I remember correctly.
