Starting in '06 the plugs are used by the ecm as a combustion sensor through ion levels. The wrong wires or plugs and you could throw a code.

I'd email them before I bought.

The HD plugs for EFI engines are made by Champion but are proprietary to Harley. They have a specific resistance that works along with a tap on the coil primary winding to send a signal to the ECM in the case of detonation. They reccomend not even using SE plugs with this setup. The stock plugs are only about $5. How do I know? I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night.
