+1 That is a pretty cool picture.

The bike does seem to track straighter. I haven't really had a chance to give it a good test ride which would include some good twisties yet. I did notice some increased vibes with the TT installed. I did lessen them by running the vehicle alignment procedure in the service manual. Basically you loosen the mounts and run the motor for 5-10sec. Retorque everything to spec.

People will invest hundreds of dollars in Willie-G bolt covers without thinking a thing
about it but will complain about the cost and effectiveness of a fork brace or a
stabilizer without ever having tried them.

Listen to the people that have them and then decide. Centerline's analysis of how
and why it makes a difference is spot on. I think it does make a difference at lower
speeds, but it is not a HUGE difference unless you're really on the pegs. Of course
a Bob and my SG probably have some basic handling differences to begin with.

However the handling improvement on curvy roads at 60-70-80 mph or under heavy
braking is very distinct. Think of it as buying margin.. the more margin you
have to make sudden changes in angle or direction, the safer you are.

I run both the True-Track and the Superbrace fork brace and am very satisfied
with both.

Centerline is my hero.

I have the TT and fork brace. They both work, plain and simple. Just decide where you want to put your money: things that look nice, or things that work well. There's no doubt in my mind you'll spend that much money on the bike eventually, so just decide where you want it to go.

I put mine into handling, braking and long distance comfort. The TT is an awesome product. Expensive, yeah, but I got a good deal from a forum member (thanks again Adrian!) and I'm never taking it off.

Why'd you pull the TT off?

I think it was a purely financial decision.

Adrian rode his Dyna both with and without the TT so he's a good judge of what it does for the bike.

Well appreciate the feedback on the true track stuff, you guys are awesome. I struggled with the wallet creaking open for another 3 franklins but man I've been pondering this for a while and if I choose to wait past another 8 days, it'll be 4 franklins, so I dropped the hammer yesterday and gotta true track on the way. Now I just gotta read some more of these install posts. I see you guys are turning the rear mount bolts around and installing em one at a time, guess that makes the job easier, or possible.

The front install is cake. The rear, well, I did mine with the rear wheel off but it wasn't easy. I had a hard time figuring out how the rear one was supposed to fit on there.

I also did the rear with the wheel off, but when I helped DynaMightBuzz install his we did it with the rear wheel on and it didn't seem that much harder. Of course we had the bike lifted so either one of us was able to lay completely under the bike.

It does take two people to do the rear. I can do a lot on my own but that was one thing that you really should have another person handy.
