My buddy is seriously considering the bike in the link below. It's a 2009 FXDB Street Bob with 625 miles on it for $11,495.00 (not including Tax and License). Keep in mind a brand new 2010 is $12,999.00 or $1500.00 difference.
Sounds like a good starting point on the price but I would buy a new one for only $1500 difference. You get to 2k or more difference I would go with the 09.
While I personally like the Silver/Black motor on the 09 most people prefer the black engine of the 2010, so something else to consider.

+1 on what he said. I like the black engine better on the bob
personally, I would go with the 2010. not just for the black motor, but the fact that it is new. I'm very skeptical when buying a used vehicle, because you really dont know how the other person rode it (ex lugging engine).
For 1500 bucks, I'd rather know that it was mine from the start
2 days ago bought an 09 FXD with 1100 miles on it from Antelope Valley HD in Lancaster , Ca for 9500....had stage 1 intake,, lowered rear shocks, always on rear lights, alarm, quick disconnect windscreen....
I think I got a good deal....out the door was 11,500 with tax tags title and 3 year extended....
