Default New pics. 03-07-2010

Painted and wraped. The TH is such a different sound from the ShortShots. The TH has a much much deeper sound and not tinney like the SS. I also swapped out my 8* injectors for the 25* injectors and my bike hasn't run this good in a long time. I still have a lowering kit on the shelf but yesterday and today were to nice so I've been riding and getting use to the new sweet sound of my TH.

Only problem with that is I need to have the bike and pipes in my shop. The pipes really need to be welded on the bike to make sure everything fits in the end.

Looking at your pics, nice work by the way, are those mid pegs I see? I was just thinking about adding some to my bike this weekend, they don't detract from the look of your bike at all. Sweet looking ride man.

Yeah, those are the mids. that came on the bike from the factory. I took the rubber off and cut about 1.5" off the length of the pegs. Cutting them shorter helped to keep them from getting caught on my pant legs. I don't use them very often but it's a nice change on a long ride.

The long rides is what I was thinking of, just something to change up the position a bit from time to time. Thanks, appreciate the input and sorry for the thread jack.

ah.. I still would add it, maybe someone local to you could use your services or be willing to travel to get their own custom setup.
