For some reason I cant view the pics. Says I am not authorized? Tried logging out and back in, and with both IE and Firefox. Any ideas? Can someone post to photobucket and link here or something?

Try this - popped them on Photobucket for ya. I don't usually have a lot of success with P/B, so if you still can't get them let me know and I'll host them, on my website for a few days for you
Man I like that alot, it's kind of like my new front load wash machine, our cat think it's the coolest thing to sit in front of and check out. Is that any kind of special material, glass, poly something, I just wonder how heat/oil and coking/discoloring will affect the clarity of it.
My buddy on the board NCTURBOS has one on his Softtail. and when it's running looks awesome, but as soon as it sits for more than 5 minutes it has a milky white substance all over the lens and you cant see through it.
As I posted earlier; I made the piece at work. Here's how:
1. Free "take-off" aluminum cover (from a chromaholic friend)
2. Mill off nose of cover (machinest friend)
3. TIG on aluminum ring (welder friend)
4. Clean up welds
5. drill/tap ring for compressor sight glass
6. powdercoat, assemble and install
I'm sure if the sight glass works on a compressor crankcase it'll work on a Harley. I'll price out a sightglass today to see what it's worth. It was just lying around at work
I've seen Woods has a see-through cam cover for their belt-drive cam setup ... I believe it is the American Iron magazine columnist Donny Peterson who has published a photo of it in his tech colum in AI.
The Woods is a little bigger and shows more of the cam pulleys ....

Read about it in AI also (maybe 6 months ago?), but have never heard about it again. Never seen it mentioned, reviewd or advertised in another issue of AI or any other mag. Certainly never saw one on the road.
Anyone ever see it in person?
