I gather from the original post the author was talking about the Harley tall sissy bar so he could run a sissy bar bag. Heres a picture of what Harley calls the tall sissy bar with my sissy bar bag.
Just a note, it also came with a big pillow thingy that covers the sissy bar and pad for extra passanger comfort. Its not pictured as you can see. The wife said it pushed her too far forward. But if you have a small framed wife, it would probablly work ideally.
