i do like those custom cycle controls alot, but $2300 is not an option.

I can't seem to find the flanders for under $200. They sure are nice though.

If you're set on the stock minis, keep looking. You can probably find a set already drilled on ebay or craigslist. I'm going to drill mine this week, and wouldn't be suprised if I swap them out for something taller this summer. That's where mine will wind up. If you luck out you might find them still for under 50. Just make sure you throw some rubber grommetts in the holes if they're not filed out smooth. I've made that mistake before, and new control cables are a much bigger project that a 25cent grommet from the hardware store.
