It should last a long time and shouldn't rust. I have used this on exhaust header in the past on a couple small block Chevy builds. It will also reduce the heat as well!!

If I remember, that process should promote scavenging which should get that pipe flowing just a smidgeon better.

I called them and spoke to a guy named "Gus" . I asked him how the internal coating would affect the baffle in the pipe . He told me ...."on a sealed one piece exhaust system they will only coat the exterior " . The coating is warrantied for life . They will re do the coating free of charge up to 3 years , and after that , they will do it for 50% . They are located in Whitsett NC .

Good choice!
Yeah , I don't know why I called it titanium . Brain fart I guess .

Looks like they did a great job on it. Plus at almost $200 for the heat shields, this looks like a good alternative. And what do you mean, you should be able to squeeze through all that snow. lol!

I wonder how a rear tire chain , and a ski to replace the front tire would work ? LOL !

Jayson, how's the jet hot holding up to the elements?

Reason I ask is that I just found a powdercoater not 5min from my house and he uses jet hot for exhausts. He has a flat black. Thinking I might let him do my head pipes down to the collector. The price is right.

Jet hot holds up really good overall to the elements, etc. The only down side to any coating is if it is scraped hard enough it will come off. So you just have to be careful around it. But the heat savings alone is worth the cost of the product! I have used it on a prior bike exhaust and many turbo manifolds for cars, great stuff.
