This is my FXDF with spoiler. So, yes there is one. I think the engine guard will sit out closer to your controls. I can't swear to it.
It looks like the Harley one mounts where the lower mounts of the engine guard attaches. I know some of the older ones seemed to be compatible with engine guards on some bikes.

I looked at the HD model online and it's not real clear how it attaches at the bottom. You would know if you have one... According to the online download-able pdf instructions (which didn't include any pictures) it reads like a u-bolt is used on the lower downtube. You may be able to modify this spoiler by using a dremel and cutting out some sections on the side to allow clearance for the engine guard. Here's a picture of mine which shows most of the downtube is visible near the spoiler.

I'd hate to spend the $$$ if it can't be modified. I'll be stopping by the dealership this weekend, maybe if they have one in stock and can look at it. I'd like to be able to hold it up against the frame and see if I can modify it to make it fit.
