ZX-11 uses a 49mm fork.
You could always use Buell controls if you elect to go with 7/8" clip ons, as they may adapt to the HD throttle and clutch cables.
Or you could just run a 1" clubman bar, and call it a day.

Either go with a custom set, or go with one of these above and run 7/8" controls rather than 1". There are a lot cooler grips, perches, and levers for 7/8" bars anyway. This could give you a chance to clean the buttons off the handlebars, go with some real slick levers and even upgrade to a crotch rocket master cylinder/dual brake setup. (I realize this is much more involved than what you had in mind, but it would be Sweet!)
Edit: See, this is what I'm talking about. This 7/8" clutch/master cylinder is made for a dual disc setup on a rocket. F'ing Beautiful.
Just curious, where are you wanting to mount the clip-ons? Below the top tree? I've seen several bikes with the tubes pushed up through the top tree about an inch with the clip-ons mounted on the upper section of the tube. Looks killer and drops your front end some for Free.

yea this is why I suggested going sportbike route - it opens up so many possibilities - that magura lever is fukn beautiful!
defintly would also suggest going to mids - unless your 6'3" plus or something - otherwise you got the folded lawnchair thing going and it kills the whole purpose of getting down in that position in the first place - i dropped to a set of nash drag gimps and went back to mids - now with a renthal CRhigh bar - and i love the position, but might have to mess around with a set of clipons too! (thinkin setting up to quick change maybe...)
