Is there any such thing? With the bike looking the way it does... more sleek and quick... can someone recommend a guard that compliments the FXDC? Mine is an '05. I'm looking for someone who's actually seen a good setup or has one themself, as I've read up on here and pretty much know the companies that are well regarded.
I don't think you will find a guard that "compliments" the Dyna's look, but if you are looking
to install one for another reason (possibly for fog light install..among other reasons)
I think you will find the HD guards the least offensive. You will not like the look when
you first install it, but you will not even notice its there after a couple of weeks.
You can use HD part # 49007-90a (for mids up to 05).
Although I usually agree, the guy wasn't really asking about all that stuff. Give him a break. (One other thing, forward controls serve a legitimate purpose on a dyna. lol)
I put a Harley guard on my Fatbob. I wanted a place to rest my feet against and if you ever lose the bike at a stop , those painted lines on the rode are slippery, it may save some paint. Didn't like it at first but now I don't see it. Mike.
Don't know of any, but if you want one, maybe if you powdercoat it black rather than chrome it would be less obtrussive.
