Well december i bought some 211 cams from Txtec here in the forums.
He got my money but ripped me off and never sent the parts.
Sad day when that has to happen to someone.
He wont even answer his phone . When i call he just hangs up.
Jimmy Hoskins is his name (txtec)
Be warned.
Id drive down to slap him but Texas is a little far from here..
I'll slap him for you, for a small fee of course, Is sad when that happens.
I sold pair of shocks, guy said he received empty box, I was hesitant at first, them I called his local Post office, and they confirmed that they delivered an empty box, can you believed that US post office delivered a ripped open empty box, anyway I refunded his money.
That sucks man!! Ban him!! Not that it help your cause though!! Paypal everything and they will insure it for you and charge him, and give you your money back.

totally agree, I got ripped off many years ago, bought a GPS unit from a private seller on ebay, never got it. He wasn't answering his calls, still remember how it drove me nuts, I cant believe people actually do that ****.
Paypal got me my money back, since then I'll only use them, or in-person cash.
That does suck. I've been on various forums for over 9 years and have been really lucky with dealings. That really bites. Have you called the AG of Texas? I'd also file a complaint with the Post Office Post Master, that is a felony called Mail Fraud. I saw those cams posted too in the classifieds.
I'd make darn sure his name is out there as a THIEF, and the only thing worse than a THIEF, is a sex offender.
I have also been ripped off on this forum by forum member swampking. real name Jeff. Bought a pciii from him that would not power on, never heard back once i tried to return it.
Love HDFORUMS.com, hate when a-holes like this pull these kind of moves.
Damn man, I'm sorry to hear that, where the heck did he ship em from you got an address, because a real texan wouldn't of done ya like that. If it's around the Houston area, maybe some of the southeast Texas gang needs to stop by his place for a refund and then some. You use paypal, they got some kind of buyer protection I believe, so maybe you could file a complaint and get some money back? I see he said he sold you the cams on the 13th, but continued posting until the 24th, maybe he died, but that still wouldn't make sense, 11 days since you paid and he stopped posting. And he's been on this board since 07 so it's not like he's a new member either. Maybe one of the mods can look up his user history get his ip address and release it to the authority's.
Hope you get your money back or better yet some satisfaction, screw the money.
