Anyone have any custom/interesting shift linkages?

In your sig pig there, looks like you have forwards, if that's the case then man, you got a tons and tons of choices, billet, ss, chrome, anodized, HD, kuryakyn, drag specialties, a load of cool looking stuff. Unlike us mid peg folk, who got like two choices from HD, stock piece of oxidized aluminum (after a couple months on the gulf coast), or the polished ss, which looks better, but 90 bucks for a little piece of metal, not many choices for us.
yup, fwds. I'd look like a monkey ****ing a football if I had mids
Just curious to see if anyone has anything other than stock, don't think I've really seen anything since I've been on this site in regards to custom linkages.
I've been keepin my eye out for something cool.
I bought a really nice one on eBay for 30 bucks. Chrome billet flames. Problem was that it was 3" too short. ARGHH!!! Well, I went to the local indy and picked up two shift linkage ends from Drag Specialties for $20 and then went to the hardware store and bought a 5/16 steel rod and a 3/8 chrome plumbing pipe used to supply water to a toilet. Threaded the steel rod with a 5/16-24 die and cut the chrome tube to fit. It is NOT a show stopper, but it works and it's bright and shiny chrome and for about $26 bucks total. It will suffice until I can find a nice billet piece to fit my theme. For those of you with mid controls, it would cost the same for a short version and might be worth the effort. Sorry, no pix at the moment.
HD came out with some last year 1st time for the FXDBI. No extensions needed and the install was easy. Check the HD book. I looked at Landmark Mfg., they offer some also. If you look at pic #5 in my album you will see the HD part.
