Yup, DEI Titanium 2". The stuff is nice to work with, it's really soft, kinda silky. You don't have to get it wet to wrap. Wrapped the TH in like 20 mins.

Placed my order with Zanotti's today. I'm glad I didn't take the primary off yet cause it's supposed to be beautiful this week and my parts won't be in until next week. My leak isn't bad enough to keep from riding. I went ahead and got the 30t pulley and also a Barnett clutch spring. Can't wait!

It's 7.5" deep. I bought a socket from Sears cut it in two and welded in 6" of pipe. I'm gonna have to build a shelf for it in my garage.

Hogrida: Do your cases have alignment dowels? If not I would be hitting the MoCo up for a set. Plus you might want to get the 07 welded stator and SE compensator. Mud has a great post showing how to modify the inner primary case for the bigger compensator.

My inner primary case isn't dowel'd to the crank or trans. Since I haven't had any IPB problems it seems like it might be a fight with the MoCo to get new cases. If I were to get a new primary case with dowels wouldn't my crank and trans case need to be drilled to accept the dowels?
I'm going to weld my own stator so that will get taken care of.
Whats this about the compensator? My wife is going to flip If I spend more money on the bike this year. And I still need a front tire.

I'm finishing up putting my primary back together today myself and pretty much the same as hogrida, put in the baker hi torque bearing, the barnett clutch spring, the andrews 30T pulley, and the screaming eagle compensator for some work hopefully down the road to the motor.
The se compensator is a heavier duty spring pack for the crank and it comes with a different rotor assy, my understanding is you can replace it on the 06 bt you have to change out your stator assy to the upgraded or 07 unit before hand, which I did last year.

Good news so far... Stator still has all ten screws and all of them are tight. And IPB looks like new, the race has some marring but and it consistent around the entire race. I haven't taken the pulley off yet, so I haven't made it to the leak, hopefully tomorrow.
