Default Starting in Gear
Anyone know how to disable the switch that prevents starting the bike in gear?

I want to be able to start is fast if the bike dies in an intersection without having try to get it into neutral before being able to restart.

Don't kill the bike in the middle of the intersection. That would seem to be the easier and less damaging of all the solutions.

Mine will start if not in neutral, especially if it is not a cold start...if a cold start, it is tougher

My '09 will start in gear. You got to pull in the clutch though.

LMAO!

To the OP, if you squeeze the clutch lever all the way in you are still prevented from starting in gear?
