New pipe installed ...
Photos to be posted presently ....
I had a couple of issues with it at first ... ran over to a muffler shop and got all squared away ....
For now just reusing my stock 'taper' muffler (with a minor modification involving a hole-saw) ... I think I'd like to replace it with a 'cigar' or 'cocktail shaker' ....
Q: about how long does the header wrap take to 'cook off' ...?

p.s. a nice bonus was I was able to get my left saddlebag bracket welded ...

My wrap smoked for about a day or so, as I soaked it before install. Last time i washed the bike was the first since the wrap was installed. It only smoked for a few minutes when I rode it.

It'll smell kinda funny for a couple weeks, but it goes away. Mine smoked up for a while after first starting it. I love all the funny looks I get while riding and it smoking up. They look at me like my harley is about to explode. Cracks me up! haha
