Instead of a counterweight... Why not attach a hotair ballon to that side of the bike to lift the weight of the box and its contents... then if ya get too drunk on ur wine... add more air to fly above the law.

Usually the first ideas free... But i see a lot of people doing this mod right now, so the total is going to be around 1,000,000.00. I prefer paypal.
