Mine did at rear plastic clamps, I wrapped silicone tape(plummers) around mounting post, took care of it. I wish they make it black though

There is a little "give" to the uprights ... you might try gently bending the assembly in to make the fit tighter. I put a low profile upright on my bike and it was a tight fit, but NO NOISE.

This is the problem i have had it since day one if your smart like i was not you will take it back apart take those dam bushings back to the dealer and have him give you another set i didn't and now mine over time are worse than they were new. Ill have to buy another pair and trust me ill be take a set of calipers to measure them before i even leave the shop when i do. I believe the reason some do and some don't rattle is because some of the bushings are undersized from day one when your mass producing those things it happens just i got stuck with a set. If i could figure out how to press them apart and back together id make a set at the shop on the lath and fix it right and good and tight. i still may try.

Don't believe me if you go to a dealer all you have to do to check my theory i showed my dealer find about 3 or 4 dynas in the shop or the new bike floor walk up and with palm of your hand just tap cpl times on the sissybar pad if it has undersized bushings youll hear metal rattle if it has good sized bushings you will just hear the thud of the sissy pad. I showed them on a $25,000 CVO dyna rattled like a sob.

I believe ya... but thinking back, all I did was loosen the studs and rotated them 90* so the clamp is pinching on fresh material. Reduce reuse recycle lmao.

and i believe you and read those post and tried it all no go i think some are just undersized. I tried loosening the bolts pushing them little further apart, rotating them etc etc never could get mine to quiet down. But if its on when the wifes not on then i have a bag with work food and clothes in it bungied down and it shuts it up but dam you take that off and let those Big radius loose and its rattle city.

maybe try some electrical tape around the rear mounts... will tighten up the fitment on that docking point and its black so it doesnt stick out. just a thought. i got rid of my QD sissy bar b/c that mounting harware was anoying to look at, esp. with my ghost bracket mounts.

i had a rattle in mine, but it was a loose bolt that mounts the bar to the side plates... locktite and torque!
