Default inclusions in chrome

i was cleaning my bike for the first time since i got it in march and i noticed a bump under the chrome on the front wheel . the wheel is one of those that they put on the FXDI35 and i was wondering if there was any thing i could to fix it or should i try to get stealer to replace it ? thank you for a great informative forum i know someone out here has the answer

If it is bubbling the finish get it replaced. If it something else get it inspected. Could be a distressed part.

grunt is very right it might no just be cosmetic there might be more going on there that is making the chrome bubble
