i've got the 200 in the rear.... with no mods.....
and i put the 150 in the front..... also with no mods....
the steering is much better now... i also had to relocate my forward controlls...
so i did a little bit of searching around and harley offers a kit for the 180 tire to fit on the street bob. if a kit is needed for the 180 then i would guess having that would somehow allow for a 200 to be mounted since the fat bob already has a 180 and can do it without any mods.

Thats real cool dude i will be doing this when i am up for a new rear tire did you have to relocate the numberplate i guess not or was that by your own choice?
I planished the fender inner lip as well before I painted, but that only gives you about a 1/4" overall, only did it because I was going to paint the fender.
Doing the T-nuts or both mods you could easily go 20 mm over stock.
good question! if the fat bob can do it with no mods can the street bob do it??
Not without work. The Fat bob comes with a wider rim, believe it is a 5" width. The street bob has a 4.5" which isn't wide enough for a 200 width tire, least not recomended by any tire manufacturer.
Also the Fat bob has a wider fender so the clearance is already there. A 200 mm tire can be made to fit tightly in any of the 06 up dyna line but clearance inside the fender needs to be addressed.
I also recomend the use of a TrueTrac or the likes if shoe horning a 200mm in since the clearance will be tight and when/if a motor mount fails, the tire comes in contact with fender. Adding some drivetrain locaters can assist in keeping that from happening. And probably lengthen the motor mount life.
Then deppending on the wheel used etc other things come up to make them work.
I wasn't the first to fit a 200mm nor the last. And of the many of us that have done it have done it by different methods.
Here is the route I took. Pics don't seem to be working but the info is there. https://www.hdforums.com/forum/dyna-...-on-06-wg.html
