I am always torn when it comes to having a passenger seat on the new WG as I would def want to be able to quickly remove it, but I am worried about damaging the paint job. Any suggestions?
I have a leather fender bib from Mustang that stays on mine all the time, solo or 2 up.
I have figured it out... I know how the new Wide Glide came to be...
Some irresponsible WG owner ( I swear it was not me) had left their Wide Glide unlocked one night and it got out of the stable for a wild drunken night of carousing, it found and raped a poor unsuspecting Street Bob in heat, hence a new bike was born. Harley knew they could not just release the offspring into the wild so it canceled the Wide Glide for a year while it decided how best to handle this situation, then it dawned on them to release it as the NEW and IMPROVED Wide Glide, since it's daddy was a WG it had to keep the WG name.
