Vinsil,
Your Dad's bike is pretty sharp, I like it!! What chrome fork kit did he go with? I just took the pillion off mine, looks much cleaner! That's one of the reasons I bought this bike, so I didn't have to screw with buying a while nother seat if I did'nt want one.
I'll get pics of it later. Have not taken off the sissy bar yet, I will......just checking out different looks.
The black/flamed paint on the '10's seems very popular. When I first saw the new WG (which was black/flamed) I very much didn't like it. I noticed when I first saw one in a solid color, I liked it better. I think it possible the flames screw up the lines of the bike.
Just kind of talking out loud here - been planning on painting my WG and have considered doing black w/flames.

Thanks, I'll pass it on to him.
He used the HD full chrome front end kit, found it on ebay for $200 or so shipped, and it was a nice kit for sure. The added parts in the full kit are worth it if you find them cheap on ebay. He pulled the passenger pillon off since he'll never ride a passenger and didn't like the sissy bar. I think I might steal that from him and use the plates and custom bend my own sissy bar up.
