I posted this on the Electrical section but didn't get a nibble. I'm going to put some 10" apes on my FXD but the wiring will be tight with out extending the harness. I want to co with the Novella's extensions that already has the ends prepared. I guess it will come with instructions but if it dont the manual shows there are electrical plugs on each front harness but I canfind them, (yet). Any of you guys done this sorta thing ?

I could feel something in the harness that feels like indivudal wire splices but dont know for sure ?

Any help would be appreciated

 

I went from the stock 10" SB mini apes to 15" apes internally wired. I know you don't have the same set up but looking in your avatar pic it looks like you might have the 5" difference as well. What you can do is pull the cover under the neck and pull the wiring out and see how much is in there. I had a lot under there. When you pull the wires out of the bottom you'll see what connectors go to what.
