Dyno Charge
Keep checking around as I did, and you'll find different rate quotes from shop-to-shop. I think it has a lot to do with the skill of the Dyno guys at each location.

I'm wonder what others paid for Dyno charges. I
was quoted $90/Hour and it was a 3 hour job.
Man.....this keeps up, I'm gonna need another job.
I paid 275 and that included the unlock of rev limiter.

What do you mean by this??
What tuner are you using?? SERT PCiii??
mud
Don't think it normally takes three hours to dyno tune, but the going rate is about two fifty from what I gather. That's what I paid.
Good Luck
Tom
Mud,the stage one moves the rev limit up to sixtytwo hundred or you can do it with the pciii,
don't know about sert, probably can.Never heard of unlocking the rev limiter completely,
but i guess it could be done.

Donnie saying it is included in the cost. unlock of rev limiter.
Is that a selling point of this tuner??
With the SERT, a click of the mouse sets the revlimit anywhere you desire.
As a sidenote, I wonder what are the absolute limits of a
basically stock (plus open up intake, VH etc exhaust) 88 motor,
Before it would be likely to explode into next week??
edited to add:
And what is the range where peak power is acheived??
