Someone have pic of rigid saddlebags?
Are better HD (detachable) or Corbin?
The Corbin seems better to my "chopperish" bike, but they don't work with detachable sissybar) [:@] http://www.corbin.com/harley/dyna/hdfxdfleetbag.shtml
There are other products?
I already have a decent set of throw-overs that I'm converting to detachables with Easy Brackets. But I'd love to see a set of hard bags that will fit a Dyna nd dont look like some uber aerodynamic alien pods, you know like the harley ones do.Something like E Glide shaped bags only smaller.Anybody make something like that?
Those look good but that's not what I was talking about. And they are expensive, around 500? plus the mounting kit and turn signal relocation 650-700 by the time your done.My throw-overs were 150 the easy brackets were around 160, and I'm mounting the turn signals to the fender for free. What I was talking about were the goofy looking pod shaped hard bags Harley sells for the Dyna what's wrong with an old fashion squarish shaped hard bag? Like they still put on the Electraglide and like JC Whitney used to sell for every concievable aplication. My bob is an old school looking machine I don't think 21rst century luggage would look quite right on it.
Well,........ If your looking for the hard bags for the Dyna,... I will have to agree with ya that the ones from Corbin look much better than the ones from H-D. But they are not cheap either I see. I would have never guessed either that they hold almost twice as much as the stock bags on an electra glide.
National cycle makes the hard bags you are talking about. I think they look better then thr HD hard bags. I have seen them on a couple o0f bikes and they look good. They have them in the JP cycles catalog but they aint cheap. I think they run $650 and only come in black
