the only thing the disclaimer that the OP described is meant for is to discourage people from going aftermarket on their engines.
i have no doubt that you and hundreds others love your SE 103 or 110 engines, just there's other ways to go, so of course HD is gonna try to keep people buying their components
That warning is for guys who will do a build and expect the stock EFI map to compensate. It will not. The bike won't grenade unless you go really radical but it will run like total ****. Long term you could burn the valves.
